Job description

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Manager, Supply Change Governance takes end-to-end ownership of assigned commercial products during the post-launch lifecycle, acting as the single point of accountability for product changes and supply continuity. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership to align Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Artwork, Technical Services teams, and external partners around SKU-level cut-off dates, risk management, and execution of high-impact decisions through variation approval and routine supply handover.

ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

The role will report directly into the Head of Supply Change Governance. Key cross functional interfaces include Supply Chain, Commercial / Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Services, Quality, Finance, Project Management, Artwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibilities of this role include the following:

· Change Portfolio Ownership: Act as the SCG lead for assigned material post-launch change events, maintaining one integrated view of scope, impacted SKUs and markets, cut-off readiness, continuity exposure, decisions, actions and handover status.

· Material Change Governance: Lead the integrated governance of supply-impacting changes, including CMO and manufacturing-site transfers, API or material source changes, packaging-site or component changes, testing and release pathway changes, scale changes, and other material post-launch transitions.

· Cut-off and Transition Management: Define, align and track SKU-level cut-off dates, phase-in and phase-out plans, old-source and new-source transition assumptions, and event measurement points with RA, QA, Supply Chain, Artwork, Commercial / SDM, TT and external partners.

· Supply Continuity: Identify change-related risks to customer supply and coordinate mitigation plans, including bridging stock, API / bulk / excipient or packaging-material planning, first-new-supply readiness, production or material at-risk decisions, and transition between sending and receiving supply configurations.

· Business-case and Change-input Support: Provide operational feasibility, supply exposure, cut-off, bridging-stock and write-off-risk inputs to change business cases. SRM, Procurement and Finance retain ownership of supplier selection, negotiation and financial approval; SCG leads the integrated transition once the change is approved and in scope.

· Technical Transfer Interface: Support TT-led changes by translating technical and regulatory milestones into commercial-switch requirements, confirming receiving-site and partner readiness, and leading the post-approval supply transition until stable handover.

· Cross-Functional Governance: Act as the central integration and escalation point across RA, QA, Supply Chain, Artwork, Technical Transfer, Commercial / SDM, SRM and external partners. Maintain clear functional ownership, document assumptions and decisions, and escalate unresolved go / no-go or risk-acceptance matters.

· Governance, Measurement and Handover: Maintain the SCG event record and monthly governance inputs, track outcomes through Supply Continuity Through Change (SCTC), and ensure completed transitions are formally handed over to routine Supply Chain with ownership, documentation, residual actions and risk status clear.

· Follow relevant GDP & GMP required related to distribution and importation activities.
